All prices on this site are based on USD ($).  You are required to pay delivery charges at the checkout stage based upon the appropriate delivery zone as set out in Shipping page.

All orders are shipped from Europe with UPS air delivery. We do not charge Sales Tax.

Our products are shipped from Europe. Deliveries may be subject to import taxes, GST, customs duties, fees and other local taxes levied by the Canadian government (In most cases there are no such charges). Any such import taxes, customs duties, GST, fees and other local taxes are the responsibility of the customer; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. When customs clearance processes are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

 

 

PAYMENT

 

The total cost of your order is the price of the goods and delivery charges as set out in Shipping page. Payment can be made by Credit Card / Debit Card (Skrill), Paypal  (including most major credit or debit cards ) and bank wire transfer.
Orders passed by Paypal are not subject to 2.2% transaction fee.
 

WARRANTY

All RSEAT products carry a defect period and a manufacturer part warranty of 3 year . If any part is damaged or deffective we will replace it for our charge and deliver it to your door.

INVOICING

An invoice will be provided when you receive your order. If you require the invoice to be sent under separate cover - e.g. if your purchase is a gift to be sent to the recipient - please indicate this in your order.
 

GUARANTEE

RSEATAMERICA.COM (RSEAT Factory store for USA/Canada) guarantees that the purchased goods were free of material and manufacturing flaws at the time of the transfer of the goods and that they have the guaranteed quality set down in the contract.Upon receipt, the customer must inspect the goods immediately for flaws and quality. The guarantee is for 36 months after shipment. With complaints, the purchase date must be proven with the invoice provided you with the products. The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, and misuse, improperly installed or improperly tightened screws are not covered by the warranty. The guarantee expires if the customer changes the goods delivered. With defects which are the fault of the buyer because of improper handling, the buyer is committed to file a damage claim with UPS and we will send new replacement parts.

 

DELIVERY

Packages are generally dispatched within 1-2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS. All packages are shipped to your door. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. Packages are generally dispatched within 1-2 days after receipt of payment. Motion simulators are dispatched within 15 days after receipt of payment. The package(s) has full insurance of the purchase price. If package is damaged by UPS Buyer has to fill damage claim and we will replace all damaged parts for our charge, if any.
 

DELIVERY INFORMATION

We call your attention to the need, on the day of receipt of your package to check its status by opening and checking its state inside.
Indeed the package may be in perfect cosmetic condition outside, but if the package has been dropped on one side or the seat frame could be damaged.
In case of problem (open package, empty package contents damaged.), please refuse and mention the specific reason for refusal on the travel voucher.

REGISTRATION

The personal information which you are required to provide when you register as a customer must be true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. You must notify us immediately of any changes to the personal information by contacting us by email. You must not impersonate any other person or entity or use a false name or a name that you are not authorized to use.
 

INDEMNITY

You agree fully to indemnify, defend and hold us, and our officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this website, or by the use of any other person accessing the website using your shopping account and/or your personal information.
 

CONTRACT

Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.
 

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms & Conditions, together with our current website prices, delivery details, contact details and Privacy policy set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the goods to you by us. Nothing said by any sales person on our behalf should be understood as a variation of these terms & conditions (except agreed by email in written form to our email address.). The company accepts responsibility under these terms & conditions for its commitment to you.
 

PERSONAL INFORMATION

RSEATAMERICA.COM  only collects personal information from our online visitors on a voluntary basis and only during registration or placing an order.  Visitors purchasing goods and services online will need to provide name, mailing address, telephone number and email address. Your telephone number may be passed on to the carriage company we employ to deliver your goods. These details allow us to process your order and, subsequently, keep you up to date with the status of your order.
 

HOW THIS INFORMATION MAY BE USED

When you register with rseatamerica.com Store, you will be asked to provide personally identifiable information. The information you provide allows us to alert you to new products, services, special offers/promotions, news and events.  We will not share your information with parties outside our organisation (except to the extent required by law, court order, or as requested by other government or law enforcement authorities). If at any point you wish to have your name removed from our database, you can do so by sending an email to sales@rseat.net with the subject 'unsubscribe’.
