How to Return an Item
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you can return your items (in its original packaging, freight prepaid by you) within 30 days with a full refund. If your notification to return is received in writing after 30 days of receipt of goods unless authorized, late returns will be rejected. Within 30 days you are only liable for return freight. Please note that any free of charge items received when purchasing the returned product(s) must also be returned or paid for in full. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorisation from RSEATAMERICA.COM (RSEAT Ltd.). Please be sure to contact us prior to returning your purchase.
If you are not fully satisfied or change your mind you can return your items within 30 days with a full refund. However, you are responsible for all return shipping costs on non-defective items, as well as a restocking fee of 25%. You are responsible for paying return freight. Freight fees range from $90.00USD up to $600.00 USD. Please note that the return Freight fees are larger that the fees you pay for delivery when placing your order with rseatamerica.com as we are unable to use our discount pricing (with UPS) when we returning freight in our warehouse.
Defective, damaged Items Return Policy
Be sure to carefully inspect all Item (freight) deliveries for damage before signing the bill of lading as freight handling charges cannot be refunded. If item(s) arrive damaged or defective, you must note this on the shipping receipt and refuse delivery to avoid paying return freight charges. Otherwise you will be responsible for return freight charges back to us. Please contact us before you refuse the delivery as we are able to send replacement parts for your damaged items in delivery for our charge. Please note that you will be responsible for the additional freight costs in the following instances:
- You miss your delivery appointment
- You refuse or return a non-damaged, non-defective item
Packing and Sending Your Return
When sending an item back to RSEATAMERICA.COM, please ensure the following: The item is in its original box with all original packaging, accessories, tools and documents. Returned items missing original packaging, accessories or documents are subject to a restocking fee. The product is securely and properly packaged to avoid damage in transit.
A restocking fee of 25% will be assessed in the following situations.
- Orders "Refused" without authorization for return
- Non-defective merchandise is returned to us as "defective"
- Merchandise that has been visibly used or worn
- Any return that is not the result of defective/damaged merchandise or a shipping error
- Returns that were shipped back after 30 days of the date received will be rejected.
